Crispy Chicken Fingers

Delicious and crunchy, yet without the fat that comes from deep frying, these chicken tenders are sure to please the whole family. They’re easy to make, too, so consider integrating them into your meal plans for those hectic weekdays when free time is elusive.

  • 1Warm oven

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • 2Prepare coating

    In a bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder. In separate bowls, place the chickpea flour and the beaten egg whites.

  • 3Dip chicken tenders

    Dip each chicken tenderloin in the chickpea flour, then the egg white and dredge in the cornflake crumb mixture.

  • 4Bake and enjoy

    Place the tenderloins on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
