Spiced Maple Carrots

  • 1Mix and cook

    In large skillet, combine carrots, water, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for six minutes until almost tender.

  • 2Add remaining ingredients

    Add maple syrup and butter. Mix well and continue to cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are well glazed. Season to taste with sea salt.
